AFTER ALL BEING CAUTIOUS IS THE BEST DEFENCE MECHANISM FOR ONESELF!!You may come across some unscrupulous individuals misrepresenting or impersonating themselves to be our employees or representatives and then diverting you to some other agencies or offering fraudulent job opportunities, with the intent to steal your personal information or solicit money from you.

We encourage you to be aware of such fraudsters and exercise due caution and common sense when dealing with such individuals or receiving such fake calls and employment offers, which requires payment of fee/ money and/or promises, assurances or guarantee of job placements being made in exchange for money or participation in campaigns requiring payment of said money/ charges/ fees. Such offers are completely bogus and sham.

Walsons follow a systematic recruitment process purely based on credentials of the candidates and neither any money, fees or charges are solicited/ asked or sought from the candidates; nor any promotional or lucrative offers are being made to entice or lure the candidate in return for or to apply for any job opportunity being advertised or published by us. We receive our placement fee for the recruitment services being provided by us from our customers only as per our agreed contractual terms.

Walsons conducts the process on its own through its experienced in house employees and does not have any association with any other agency or entity who might claim to be in partnership, collaboration or in joint venture with Walsons. We also utilizes bona fide and established media as well as online professional platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) to disseminate vacancies of its customers. All job offers are made by Walsons in house employees following a merit-based process.

Under no circumstances whatsoever, we guarantee, promise or assure of any job offer in return for any money, fee or charges, by whatever name called, being solicited or provided by and/ or to us by the candidates. If you receive any offer that purports to be from Walsons, which ask for money or are in the nature of said false assurances , these types of offers are fraudulent.

HOW DO YOU GET TO KNOW THAT OFFER IS FAKE, FRAUDULENT OR BOGUS:

Mentioned hereunder are some examples of recruitment fraud which are in violation of Walsons’s processes and ethical practices:

  1. The email is not sent from an official Walsons e-mail address but from a free e-mail service such as: Hotmail, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. It is also possible that, the email is sent from a fake email address.
  2. You are requested to pay fees/money.
  • You are being contacted by an individual represented to be Walsons employee/ representative or agency but are then being diverted to some other agency
  1. Insistence on urgency.
  2. Money will be requested for processing applications, your candidature or the like
  3. Offer of employment looks too good to be true
